The vision of smoke coming out of a chimney means that the home is warm and welcoming. It’s a welcoming signal to others. To curl up in front of a fire is one of winters greatest’s gifts, to chat to watch the Bushman’s TV is a time to chat about life or sit in silence. It’s company in itself.
